 Mabul Water Bungalow is a luxurious floating dive-resort situated on Mabul Island.
The Resort, built entirely over shallow water on stilts, has fourteen wooden bungalows, some with double beds and some with twin beds. Each bungalow offers sheer comfort, being exquisitely furnished with contemporary décor.
 Room amenities include:
- remote control air-conditioner,
- ceiling fan,
- colour TV with satellite channels,
- mini bar
- in-room safety box,
- a private bathroom with hot/cold shower and toilet
- spacious private balcony offering panoramic vistas of both the blue sea and the palm fringed island.
Resort facilities include:
- a large airy restaurant for dining,
- a souvenir shop selling variety of t-shirts, accessories and gifts,
- a business centre with internet service,
- and its own dive centre.
The diving
 On most days, there is a two-tank dive trip to Sipadan before returning to Mabul Island for lunch, and an afternoon boat dive in Mabul or Kapalai.

- Maximum 10 divers per boat

Lunch, hot drinks and drinking water are provided on dive trips, together with a divemaster.
Unlimited and unguided jetty beach dives with your own buddy are available free of charge.
Dives are available into the famous Cavern at Sipadan Island with experienced divemasters, but there is an extra charge for this dive.
