TELUS Terrain Park

Skiers and Boarders alike are invited to take advantage of the TELUS terrain park featuring a super pipe, a half pipe, boarder/skier cross rails, and a progressive terrain park; all serviced by a double chairlift. The TELUS terrain park is fully equipped with a state of the art sound system and is part of the 1,600 feet of vertical night skiing area – the largest in the West.

Snow Hosts

Join one of our knowledgeable Snow Hosts for a complimentary ski, snowboard and cross country mountain tours available mornings and afternoon to unlock the secrets of Big White. Snow Hosts meet daily in the village at 9:30am and 1:30pm.

Mountain Cafes

Big White is designed to give you the most ease of access possible. Within the village centre, there are numerous dinning establishments with access right off the ski run. For added convenience, Big White has also developed other dining areas situated around the mountain at the base of key lifts making it even easier to get a quick bite to eat without having to leave the area you wish to ski. These venues are as follows:

Ridge Rocket Café

Good food fast! The Ridge Rocket Café serves hearty breakfasts, daily homemade soups, fresh salads & baked goods as well as burgers and fries and easy to access at the base of the Ridge Rocket and Plaza chairs.

Gem Lake Café

Located at the Westridge Warming Hut. Great coffee, fresh sandwiches and baked goods.

Loose Moose Bistro and Pub

During the day the Loose Moose is the bistro which offers a variety of coffees, pastries, home made muffins, yoghurts, and power bars. The bistro turns into family restaurant at night. A family friendly atmosphere with great variety of foods, the restaurant offers a full kids menu while you enjoy nightly events entertainment.

Beano’s Coffee Parlour

Beano’s is the perfect place to grab a coffee or hot chocolate while you’re waiting for rentals or lift tickets. Beano’s also has excellent homemade sandwiches, soups, cookies and snacks.

Grooming

Impeccable grooming to "Olympic class” standards - First, start with regular heaps of all natural snow, add an average temperature of -6’ C (21’F) and the final ingredient…a fleet of modern grooming equipment piloted by some of the world's best groomers.
