Whitewater
Nestled in BC’s legendary Selkirk Mountains, Whitewater is all about the snow. Each year they enjoy a whopping 10 metres of dry powder. As their brand reads “Pure, Simple and Real….DEEP” . Forget measuring snowfall in metres: at Whitewater they measure their snow in stories - the kind you share with friends and tell again and again and again. Deep dry snow you'll never forget.
It is not a mountain for the faint hearted – but it’s fantastic for intermediate and expert skiers and boarders. It’s deep and it’s steep. It’s been voted as having “Best Deeps, Best Bowls, Best Glades”, and the tree skiing is simply awesome.
At the heart of the Resort is a simple rustic full service day lodge that houses the ticket office, ski rentals, lessons, the Whitewater Store, a pub, and Fresh Tracks café – arguably one of the best on -mountain cafes in Canada. If you love their food, ask for the copy of their recipe book!
