Tour leader and Instructor Uli Dinsenbacher

Now General Manager at Porter Heights skifield in Canterbury, Uli grew up amid the skifields of Bavaria and took up ski instructing and racing at the age of 16. Since then he has spent many years skiing, coaching and instructing in Germany plus North and South America. He's lived in NZ since 1981, married a Kiwi and has 2 teenagers who are also into skiing and racing.

We are very lucky to have Uli as tour leader for this amazing ski tour. He knows Red Mountain, Big White and Fernie well, and would love to share his wealth of expertise and experience with you, along with casual lessons, tips and helpful advice, if you would like them.
